To Enter BBQ Battle:

• Must supply at minimum 100lbs of beef, pork and/or chicken

• BBQ will be preped & cooked offsite and brought to the battle day of

• Contestants will receive a stipend of $ 50 to assist with purchases

• Judges will chose the best in each category and award the prize of $ 500

• Fan Favorite wins traveling trophy

• DELICIOUS sides are encouraged
